Loyalty Programs and Campaigns

Mix & Match Different Programs and Campaigns

You don’t have to settle for just one type of loyalty offering.  With the Loyalty Connect platform you can Mix and Match any number of programs and run them at the same time.  Have one card or account number shared across unlimited campaigns.

Traditional Points Campaign (Closed, Coalition & Two-Tier)

Point-based campaigns are the workhorses of customer loyalty. They have the most flexibility, allowing you to define how many points your client’s customers get, based on how much they spend, how many points are needed for each reward, and even let you specify promotions that can add a certain number of points, or increase or reduce points earned by a certain percentage. Once the account is created it will automatically run until you change or alter it.

  • Set your own Points Ratio (How many points a customer gets every time they spend money.)
  • Set your own Profit Ratio (In case you want to allow customers to pay with points.)
  • Define as many different campaigns as you want (ex: 50% more points, +100 points bonus, etc.)
  • Offer your own rewards from your own products or services, or just about anything else.
  • Define as many reward levels as you want (ex: 500 points = $5 off, 5000 points = free widget, etc.)
  • Redeem by custom amount of points or dollars, or by a preset award levels that you choose.

Stored Value Campaign (Closed & Coalition)

Often used to track Gift Cards, this program allows you to add and deduct money from a client’s customer’s virtual account.

Although it can be used as straightforward as a gift card campaign, you can also use it to keep track of pre-payments for a service series, monies owed, expense accounts or allowances.

Event-Based Campaign

Allows you to define rewards based on the number of interactions your customers have with your business (rather than purchases). For example, how many times they come to visit, how many times they do something such as enter a raffle, etc.

  • Offer your own rewards from your own products or services, or just about anything else.
  • Define as many reward levels as you want (i.e. 9 events = Free Service)

Earn per Action or Event Campaign:

This campaign style allows you to reward your client’s customers by giving them a monetary reward for each interaction with your company, to be redeemed for products or services. It’s a bit of a hybrid between a Stored Value (Gift Card) program and an Action-Based program. Ex: reward customers for referrals, employees for extra tasks or perfect attendance, etc.

  • Offer your own rewards from your own products or services, or just about anything else.
  • Set how much a person earns for each action or event.

Buy X, Get 1 Free Campaign

This is the classic loyalty campaign. This campaign lets you reward your customers based on the number of times they purchase or earn individual products, product lines, or services, with the same product. Just like those familiar car wash campaigns; “Buy 10 washes, get the 11th free”, except the program can be offered without the hassle of paper cards, card punchers and employee error. This can also be used for Service Memberships as well.

  • Set any number of products, services, or categories.
  • Set a different quantity for each until a free one is earned
